The ABCDE of Skin Cancer
Do you have a mole that has:
- an asymmetrical form
- irregular borders
- color difference
- a larger diameter than a pencil eraser?
If you've spot one that has any of the ABCD above, then you should make an appointment with your dermatologist right away.
Especially if besides the first warning signs you also experience one or more of the following:
- change in size, shape, or color
- itchiness
- ooziness
- bleeding
- tenderness or pain

How to Prevent Skin Cancer?
And always remember to use a broad-spectrum (UVA/UVB) sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher every day.
If you're staying outside for a longer period, use a water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.
Re-apply after a swim, or after excessive sweating.
