This week we’ll address a rather serious issue related to your health. You’ve heard it before that fungus can extend to other surfaces on your skin if you don’t track it down from the very first symptoms. While itching and burning can be very bothersome, you can’t really call them severe illnesses.
In this article, we’ll discuss the lesser known side of the problem – the fungal invasion of the vital organs, more precisely, the heart.
Known as Endocarditis, this invasion occurs when the heart muscles, valves or chambers become inflamed due to an already existing source of fungi in the body, be it the filamentous type or the yeast. Furthermore, it can lead to severe complications and even heart failure.
How to tell if your heart has been affected (look for):
- chest pains
- aches
- sudden weight loss
- weakness and shortness of breath
- fever
- blood in the urine or abnormal coloration of the urine
What to do in order to prevent it or to get rid of the fungus in your body
While some recommend the surgical solution, I consider it too much of a risk. You can get back on the track if you:
1.Clean your diet
A fungal infection is the sign of imbalance for your intestinal flora. This usually happens when your diet is too acidic. Once you manage to reestablish the balance, the fungus will gradually go away on its own.
Start eating fermented foods (such as yogurt, kefir or pickled vegetables), as they are rich in probiotics. These are specific microorganisms, known as “the good bacteria,” which form the flora and contribute to a well-functioning digestion.
Moreover, foods like the onion (both raw and cooked), asparagus (raw), banana (raw), and wheat flour (baked) are filled with prebiotics, which fuel and enhance the function of the microorganisms mentioned above..
2.Strengthen your immunity
Once again, this type of infection occurs if your body can’t fight the spores contracted on its own. Since the fungus is not very resistant and could be easily pinned by a healthy functioning body, dealing with this matter should trigger an alarm button for you. Fill your diet with fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish, and avoid consuming ready meals foods.
They’ve already been over-processed, they’ve lost most of their nutritional value, and the product you consume represents a source of acidity for your body.
Teas and Capsules are another great option to boost your immune system. Echinacea, lemon, chamomile, and Schisandra are the best-known herbs that improve your resistance to viruses, bacteria, and fungi. You can consume as many teas as you wish per day.
If you add these two minor changes to your everyday schedule, you’ll soon see great results. However, if the symptoms persist, you should have a further investigation to determine whether it’s a more severe condition that’s causing them.
Take care of your body, and you will help it take care of you!
