What Your Daytime Sleepiness Says About Your Organs, Part 2

This is the 2nd part of the series that reveals what diseases could possibly threaten you, depending on the time of the day you’re feeling tired.

The biological reasoning behind it is simple – every organ requires particular energy needs, and if they’re not met, your body tries to compensate the energy lack through rest.

Here is what it means if you have trouble concentrating or you’re feeling restless during the following hours:

1. Between 3 and 5 P.M

During this interval, the bladder works at its peak performance, in order to recover any damaged tissue, expel potential microbes, and to ensure a proper toxin removal.

The emotional causes of bladder diseases are anxiety, fear of letting go and moving on, and being pissed off. If youre feeling tired between 3 and 5 PM, think about what could make you feel anxious or what youre holding on to, and make peace with yourself.

2. Between 5 and 7 PM

If you’re feeling sleepy between 5 and 7 PM, its your kidneys that might need help. Check whether your diet has been hyperproteic during the last weeks or if you’ve had enough water. If so, decrease the prevalence of foods that have animal origin, and increase the water intake.

On the spiritual side, kidney problems (especially kidney stones) are related to lumps of undissolved anger. Try to find out if there’s something troubling you in the back of your head, and ask yourself what could you do to make things better (hint: if there’s something you can, do it. If you can’t do anything, just let it go).

3. Between 7 and 9 PM

This time, your body is focused entirely on the triple burner, which is a complex system formed of the upper burner (located in the thorax), the middle burner (in the abdominal cavity), and the lower burner (below the belly button). There are no distinct organs from the basic anatomy, but each burner is comprised of the organs in the area they are found.

This organs role is to improve the movement of Chi energy, and the quality of the water in your body.

The emotional causes that affect the triple burner are being inflexible and stuck in your own beliefs.

Now that we’ve covered the clock round, I hope I helped you figure some underlying issues. We can easily get lost in thoughts and feelings, but when they get a hold on our health, it’s up to us to take better care of ourselves!
