Foods to eat and avoid based on your blood type

I received a request from one of my readers asking for some information on foods to eat and foods to avoid when having Rh negative. Then I thought to delve deeper into this topic and find out how important nutrition by blood type is and what recommendations are given by experts on this matter.

As a result of the observations of nutritionists: it depends on the blood type which foods are right for you and which ones are not. According to some researchers, blood type is an important genetic factor that influences many aspects of health. Moreover, the beneficial effect of food on the body, its digestibility directly depends on the genetic characteristics of a person.

Before moving on to the recommendations for each blood type, it is very important to mention that, regardless of the blood type, it is forbidden to eat fast food, convenience foods, mayonnaise, cakes, etc.

Blood type O

The owners of this blood type are usually self-sufficient and strong people. For the most part, these people have strong immune and digestive systems. However, there are also disadvantages, such as problematic adaptation to changes in environmental conditions. In addition, such people are very prone to allergic reactions.

I would say that it is very difficult to choose foods by blood type. As for me, I choose a generally healthy diet, an active lifestyle and positive emotions. That's enough for me. How about you?

Bye for now!
