The best anti-aging drinks

Do you prefer tea, coffee or maybe plain water? Like the foods we consume, beverages are of particular importance to our emotional and physical well-being. For example, a cup of coffee in the morning brings us psychological comfort and the desire to start a new day with positive emotions and energy. A glass of wine at dinner will make you relax and get rid of the emotions experienced during the working day. While some drinks are more affecting the emotional side, others are especially important for our health.

In this context, I suggest that you familiarize yourself with some of the drinks that are beneficial to health, but also have strong anti-aging effects.

Ginger tea

In the cold season, this drink is indispensable. Besides anti-aging properties, it strengthens the immune system, improves digestion and speeds up metabolism. To make tea, boil water and add chopped ginger to it. Boil the drink for 10 minutes, then strain. To enhance the effect, add a little black pepper, cinnamon, a few tablespoons of rosehip syrup and lemon to the resulting tea.

Green tea

This drink is the best source of antioxidants that prevent the formation of free radicals in the body and prevent their damaging effects. By damaging cells in the body, free radicals cause cancer and cardiovascular disease. Also, such damage has the effect of accelerated aging.

Hibiscus tea

No wonder this tea turned out to be one of the best drinks for rejuvenation. It has a high concentration of anthocyanin substances that have anti-aging effects – mainly by reducing inflammation in the body. Also, it strengthens the walls of blood vessels, regulates blood pressure, and removes toxins from the body.

Rosehip broth

This is a storehouse of vitamin C, which enhances immunity and protects against the development of dangerous age-related diseases, primarily cancer.

Cocoa

This drink also promotes rejuvenation as it provides a protective effect against aging diseases associated with cognitive depression. Cocoa inhibits the processes of memory impairment and concentration, and improves thinking skills in old age.

Tomato juice

It is rich in lycopene, a precursor to vitamin A. Lycopene has been linked to cancer-fighting properties. In addition, thanks to this substance, the condition of the skin is improved, and the appearance is rejuvenated.

Green vegetable juices

It removes toxins and excess fluid from the body, saturates it with vitamins. Mix celery juice, fresh dill, sorrel and cucumber juice – this cocktail is especially effective before a massage.

Grape juice

One of the best anti-aging drinks. It normalizes metabolism and the work of the gastrointestinal tract, accelerates the process of removing toxins from the body, and promotes weight loss. It also cleanses the internal organs (blood and liver) and maintains the youthfulness of skin, hair and nails. To make a drink, whisk white grapes with a whole peeled orange, watermelon pulp and a bunch of mint in a blender. This shake covers a third of the body's daily fiber needs, helps lower blood cholesterol and prevents inflammation.

Apple juice

Freshly squeezed apple juice saturates the body with iron, removing toxins, and free radicals from it. In addition, the carrot-apple smoothie is also useful, it is quickly absorbed and ensures good health. This smoothie enriches the body with nutrients, restores skin elasticity and normalizes weight.

Strawberry-kiwi smoothie

Use this shake to repair collagen and prevent premature aging. Ingredients: water or milk – 200 ml, peeled kiwi – 2 pieces, juice of one orange, strawberries – 100 g, ice – 3-4 pieces. Add pomegranate juice to the cocktail to enhance the rejuvenating and healing effect.

Now that you know which drinks have anti-aging effects, I suggest you try them. They are delicious and easy to prepare. I'm going to make myself some ginger tea.

Enjoy a healthy drink and always feel young!
